This is the Best veterinary doctor and staff in East Tennessee. My dog Sadie had a problem with one eye and with the schedule already booked and it being a Friday Dr Sander didn’t want Sadie to go the whole weekend with a problem with her eye. So Angelina worked her in the schedule and since Sadie is a weimer she’s high strung I was able to keep her outside and the majority of the evaluation was completed outside so less stressful. They’re all very professional and understanding. I just want to say thank you

I will not share my opinion on how things happened, rather state the FACTS. Our Goldendoodle has seizures and is on medication. The Monday before Thanksgiving I took him in for bloodwork (over $200) in order to have his meds refilled. I explained to the tech and to the ladies at the front desk that he will be running out of meds by Wednesday evening. They assured me that as soon as the results are in on Tuesday Dr. Sanders would call and if everything was clear, they would refill his prescription. I waited till around 3pm Tuesday then called to see if the results were in which they were but I was informed Dr. Sanders would call me back to review them. He called back around 6:30PM that night (keep in mind that my pharmacy was closed at that time) and reviewed the lab work. Everything was clear and I explained to him AGAIN that my dog was going to run out of Meds by Wednesday 11/22. He assured me that we had made notes and would call in the prescription first thing Wednesday morning. The next day I contacted my Pharmacist around 1pm and no one had called in the prescription yet so I called Sanders Animal Hospital only to get a voicemail stating that everyone had left at noon for Thanksgiving break and would be back next week. I left a voicemail pleading for someone to call me back or at least call in the prescription. NOTHING WAS DONE! And my dog who had made it almost 60 days without a seizure, had one that weekend! That's on you Dr. Sanders! And I will also mention that After I called Monday and spoke to the ladies at the front desk (who are very nice people btw) and explained my disappointment & frustration, he NEVER called my back to personally apologize. We have recently transferred to a different Vet.

Every time I go into Dr. Sanders office they're always so warm and inviting. My animals are safe here. They take extra special care of my dogs. I wouldn't trust just anyone else leaving my babies. But I trust him and they're amazing vet techs. They saved my Raven before it was too late and I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you so much. You guys are amazing. Sander’s is an amazing animal hospital! I needed a new vet for my two kitties, and they got me scheduled for a new patient appointment about two weeks from inquiring. Even though it got messed up, they got me rescheduled ASAP, and we came back and everybody was so friendly and welcoming! They took great care of my fur babies! About two weeks after my appointment one of my cats started acting strange. I called them and left a voicemail, and within 15 minutes they called back and had me drop her off. I dropped her off, they did their magic and called me within an hour and half to let me know what was found out and got her feeling better by the time I got home with her! They were amazing people, and amazing place to take my kitties! Prices were fair, I didn’t feel duped out of money nor felt it was “too cheap that it felt nothing was done.” Sanders is a great place to take your babies!
